Prepare quotation for salesman, Collect all documents before the contracts, Take care of distributor and some customer account, Process orders via email or phone, Check data accuracy in orders and invoices and process on MISA, Make all payment documents ready on time, Track payment terms and push payment from customers, Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries, Liaise with the warehouse and shipping company to ensure timely deliveries, Check import documents, Support checking the warehouse every month, Support others related to warehouse, sales, and import, Develop monthly sales reports and weekly personal report.
