Designing original graphics for use in healthcare campaigns, which reached over 2000 participants. Produce high quality promotional materials, including flyers and banners, and edit videos for marketing campaigns. Packaging design for new pharmaceutical products and support manufacturing registration with factories and stakeholders. Social media management, updating the company's activities. Manage live streams across multiple platforms and handle unexpected technical issues during live streaming. Handle customer issues related to products and promotions, then report back to superiors for monthly consumer behavior statistics. Create landing pages and special gift offers for loyal agencies.
