- Work allocation and human resource arrangement of department.
- Preparing Sale plan & Company cashflow
- Cooperating with other departments to execute the project (Sale, Technical, Accounting, …)
- Preparing payment documents to Client based on the progress of project.
- Take part in purchasing stage (negotiate, evaluate & select vendors).
- Develop a plan for department development and human resource development.
- Manage contract with Client and Vendors & Sub-Contractor
